At Just a TAD Creative, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping options, processing times, and policies below.
1. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in or around the Saginaw, MI area. During checkout, select the local pickup option and follow the instructions for scheduling your pickup.
2. Turnaround Time (TAT)
Turnaround Time (TAT) refers to the time required to complete your order before it is shipped. TAT varies by product type and may change based on order volume.
- All orders are completed in the order they are received
- Please check individual product listings for the most up-to-date TAT estimates
3. Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items
- RTS items are pre-made and will ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
- Shipping times after dispatch depend on your chosen shipping method and carrier
4. Custom or Made-to-Order (MTO) Items
- MTO or personalized items will ship 1–2 business days after completion
- Estimated ship dates are based on the current TAT for the product, so please consider TAT when planning for delivery
5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- All orders are shipped with tracking information
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
