At Just a TAD Creative, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade items. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we’re here to help if an issue occurs during shipping.


1. Damaged or Lost Items

We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrives damaged due to shipping, or
  • Your package is lost in transit

All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure accurate delivery updates.


2. Reporting a Damaged Item

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Send all information to the email listed below

Requests submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


3. Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package is lost:

  • Please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Once confirmed, we will work with you on a replacement or refund

4. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • General wear and tear
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Incorrect use or handling
  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to process the refund
